The Grow Group has an employer focus which allows us to build relationships with local companies, identify their hiring needs and then place a qualified and capable candidate in a position they can truly be successful in. We inform employers of the many benefits of working with people with disabilities and coach them on proper hiring procedures.
Each of our Employment Specialists spend time with our clients to better understand their professional experience, education, personal qualities and anything else they can apply to their career. By having extensive knowledge of our clients we are able to assist them with obtaining and retaining meaningful careers!

Who We Are
The Grow Group, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides Vocational Rehabilitation services to the people of Florida. Our organization believes that ALL people have the right to work and to be active members in their community.
As subcontracted vendors of Florida's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, we work diligently to provide high quality services to people with various abilities and disabilities.
Our goal is to educate employers about the many benefits of hiring and working with people with disabilities. Each day we strive to change the workforce and assist employers with hiring qualified and capable candidates who can successfully perform in a position, regardless of their disability.
